Florencia has been in the Travel and Tourism Industry for more than 25 years. She speaks Spanish, English and Italian. She has worked in Costa Cruises, being responsible for Sales, PR and logistics on board for Spanish speaking passengers. In The Walt Disney Company as Regional Sales and Training Manager for Latin America, she was responsible for training more than 5,000 Travel Agents. And, in Experience Kissimmee, as Account Manager, she was responsible for Sales and Marketing strategy, for the Southern Cone countries. Graduated from Florida International University, FL in the USA with a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and a Master's Degree in Marketing and Communication from the University of San Andres, Argentina, Florencia adds experience and deep knowledge of the market. Today she is NYC & Company's Account Manager for Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay.
