Graduated in Tourism Management, Oscar has been working with the travel trade since 1998. With the experience gained working with the Secretary of Tourism of Buenos Aires in the MICE area, in addition to being responsible for the Official Tourist Information Centers in the City of Buenos Aires, he became very experienced with both trade and PR. For the past 5 years, Oscar has served as Account Manager for NYC & Company, IPW, and the Anguilla Tourism Board for Spanish-speaking countries in South America.
